With our online project management software, a fast and effective communication channel is provided for collaboration between your salesmen and installation technicians and our planning Team.

Planning tasks can be started easily online with your required due date along with all necessary information uploaded digitally. Our team of Lely product planning specialists do our utmost to complete the task within your required time frame.

All sales and technical building plans and task statuses are available to your salesmen and technicians anytime and anywhere via electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets or laptops.

Statistical analysis of project statuses, time spent on projects and much more are always available for review in the software dashboard.

Multilingual

We can provide the plans including an integrated LELY product specification table, showing all the important LELY product installation information, in YOUR language. Our intelligent plan templates translate all the plan texts to a language that is preset according to the language you select when you create a task in the project management tool. Current available languages are English , German , French and Italian. Other languages can be added upon request.

The project management software is also multilingual and can be set to a number of available languages.

As an international team we can provide support and communication in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Romanian and Turkish

The first step is to create a new task with any details you can share with us. This would include existing dwg or PDF plan files if available, otherwise photos of existing building plans can be uploaded. Additional information about what is important to you or your client including sketches of your ideas are also very helpful to us.

If we need any further information, we will contact you by leaving a message in the created project.
You will be notified immediately per E-Mail from the project management software of any new messages or activity in your project.

We do our best to deliver a draft plan with an idea and concept based on the information we have received within 48 hours.

We strive to find an optimal solution for you and your customer. With over 20 years experience working with LELY robotic dairy and feeding products, we hope to make your job easier in this phase of the project.

You will automatically receive an E-Mail notification when your plan is available

Any required alterations to the plans are easily relayed to us through the online project management tool. We appreciate any sketches you can digitally provide us along with a short description of the required adaptations for a fast understanding of your needs.

We will revise at short notice and upload the completed plans as soon as possible

If you or your customer requires a paper version of the plans, we can plot the required number of copies on our large format colour plotter and send them to the given address. Prices for plotting and sending vary on the size of paper, destination and speed of delivery required.

You will receive an automatic E-Mail when the plans have been sent.
